Hi Abella – I love Yoga and practice it daily. I am also a designer by background and recently launched a store that focuses only on Yoga clothing such as t-shirts and tanks. I was wondering if you could give me feedback on my products and website. I would love to drop a t-shirt or tank in the mail for you. Look forward to hearing from you.

My sister, K Robins, is an artist who makes symbolic jewelry. K has been practicing yoga for 20 years (and hence I have now been practicing myself for about 8). Part of her jewelry collection is called ‘Yoga and Meditation’ and many of the designs have been inspired by her teacher, Sandra Pleasants. Sandra is featured on her website – http://www.krobinsdesigns.com on ‘The Library’ page. I would love for you to visit her site.
I love the yoga questions on your site.

I am in Tokyo. I used to buy Lululemon, but they closed down their Japan operations. Tried Nike stuff, but don’t like it. Looking for alternatives.
I have to really spend big to get yoga mats long enough for me because I’m so tall and most mats sold here are for people under 170cm tall (I’m 188cm).

When you shop for yoga apparel for women, remember that it doesn’t matter how durable, comfortable, or great-looking they are, if they’re not all three, you’ll notice. At SFORZA, we use only the most breathable, durable materials and employ interlock weaving technology for a smooth, tailored look. So in the gym, in your home or in a posture you’ve never done before, the last thing on your mind will be your clothes.
Please visit us and check out our 2009 Collection at http://www.sforzasport.com.
Namaste.
